The holiday season is a very important time for the “I Have A Dream” Foundation – Los Angeles (IHADLA). As our students (whom we affectionately refer to as our “Dreamers”) begin their winter breaks from school, we strive to help them and their families have the most joyous and festive holiday season possible. This year, in order to help our underserved Dreamers experience the excitement of opening a gift on Christmas morning, we are organizing a holiday toy drive and calling on all those willing to help to donate toys for our younger Dreamers.

Our toy drive will last from December 4-22, and the donated toys will go to our elementary school Dreamers in Boyle Heights and our middle school Dreamers in Watts. The drop-off location is IHADLA’s main office, located at 3580 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 720 in Koreatown. This drive is a great opportunity for individuals and organizations in the Greater Los Angeles area to give back and spread some cheer this holiday season.
