Annie Rice

Annie Rice is a Vice President at CBRE for the Debt and Structured Finance group headed by Brian Eisendrath. Annie is responsible for developing client relationships and the origination of multifamily debt for clients across the country. She began at CBRE in 2012 and has been involved in the placement of over 320 loans totaling over $8.4 billion of debt. She has expertise in every stage of a transaction, from the initial situation analysis, marketing the deal and ultimately successful execution and funding. Prior to joining CBRE, she held a position with The Bascom Group, a private-equity firm specializing in value-added multifamily investments. Annie is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration and emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
