Edgardo Hernandez is a Next Generation Real Estate accounting professional with a demonstrated history of working in the residential, retail, and commercial realm of Property Management. Currently, he is an Accounting Analyst at The Korda Group/RPK Development Corporation. Edgardo’s responsibilities include analyzing the financial standing of the company’s portfolio at the property, legal entity, and corporate level. The company’s portfolio consists of luxury apartment, senior living community, affordable family housing, and commercial units. To ensure development, he assists with the implementations of the property management software, leading the company in the IoT direction.

Edgardo has been a part of the I Have a Dream Foundation since 1997, when he was sponsored as a first grader at Franklin Elementary School in Altadena, California. Edgardo obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He has demonstrated his dedication to the organization by being an active Dreamer Scholar alumni and partaking in various national events.

As a first-generation college graduate and believer in IHADLA’s mission, he aspires to make a positive impact by influencing the Dreamer Scholars’ as they grow up, just as the I Have A Dream Foundation positively impacted him.
