Eugena Oh
Eugena is the President & CEO of the “I Have A Dream” Foundation, and is responsible for leading the national network in reaching its ambitious expansion goal of serving 10,000 Dreamers by 2020. Since joining the team in 2011, Eugena has also served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Governance Officer, Interim President & CEO, and as legal counsel. In these roles Eugena has been responsible for overseeing the governance and operations of “I Have A Dream” Foundation affiliate sites, as well as building our administrative, operational, and program-support functions to maximize efficacy and support program expansion. Her passion for civil rights and social justice inspired her to become involved in education and youth empowerment.
Prior to joining “I Have A Dream,” Eugena practiced commercial and products liability law, and served in development, strategy, and operations roles within several non-profit organizations, including Teach For America – New York City, Rock The Vote, and Washington State Court Appointed Special Advocates.
Eugena received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and her J.D. from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Due to poor life planning, Eugena took (and passed) the bar exam in four states, in just as many years; she would not recommend this to anyone.
