HAGER AL HACHAMY | Development Manager

Hager Al Hachamy is the Development Manager at “I Have A Dream” Foundation – Los Angeles (IHADLA).

Hager obtained her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State University – Monterey Bay. Prior to IHADLA, Hager had an extensive background in marketing for tribal nations, small businesses and nonprofits within the Monterey County. Hager also has a background in political fundraising, working on the campaigns of local, state, and national politicians in the Central Coast. At her prior position, Hager was a Development Manager for an animal welfare nonprofit that served the low-income community within Santa Cruz. 

Hager comes from a military family and spent her life moving around and integrating in many communities across the states which contributed to her growing a passion for educational needs within those communities. 

Outside of work, Hager is an avid reader with a love for classical novels and poetry. Hager also enjoys being out in nature and partaking in outdoors activities.
