IHADLA volunteers offer valuable support

There are numerous ways to support IHADLA and its incredible Dreamer Scholars. Review the opportunities below to learn about how you can join us and make an immediate impact.

Some of the many ways You can Help:

  • Dream Speakers expose our Dreamer Scholars to a wide range of professions and career paths by sharing brief presentations about their work and the path they took to get there. Becoming a Dream Speaker is a rewarding way to contribute your time and experience and inspire a young person to dream big!

  • Help us execute our program events and activities with excellence.

    Examples include: Field trip chaperones, Resource Fair Volunteers, Family and Community Celebrations, fundraising events and more!

  • Each member of the IHADLA Board of Directors leverages their knowledge, skills, and networks to impact our organization, our Dreamer Scholars, and our community. Members are asked to attend regular board meetings and take an active role in board affairs, fundraising, and organizational development.

  • We know your company values organizations making a difference in the community, and that you support the causes and missions that mean the most to your employees. Consider making IHADLA part of your company’s employee match program, or incentivize employees to increase their impact by offering a double or triple donation match.
